Hello, of course there would be a beautiful change to your nose just changing your tip. Just look for a surgeon that specializes in Nasal surgery. Have a good day.
Is finesse rhinoplasty less expensive then normal rhinoplasty?
Finesse Rhinoplasty

I think that the cost is exactly the same in a primary Rhinoplasty even if you want to make a subtle change because it implies the same risks, it implies an incision, a recovery period, the same things than if you want to make a big change to your nose.

It seems that the nasal septum is the problem, but I don´t know if it is dislocated or not, or if the nasal tip is in a wrong position. I don´t think that your nose will improve with time, I also agree that you will need a revision rhinoplasty, but first talk to your doctor.
Can you post a pre op picture?

I think you look great, you have had a very good nose job, you don´t have to worry because your nostrils looks very normal. I know that it´s new for you because you were not used to see your nostrils, but you will get used to. In some cases the nasal tip may drop a little, wait a few months.
Will Swelling Go Down a Lot Between 2-4 Months Post Rhinoplasty?
About swelling

You have to wait, it´s too soon to expect a final result, your nose will improve in the next months, I think that you´ll notice a change in swelling in the first six months, so, don´t get desperate, just follow your doctor´s indications and good luck with your recovery!!
Scar Tissue 2 Years After Rhinoplasty?
Dorsal bump after primary rhinoplasty

I totally agree with the previous answer, if after 2 years you still have that little bump, you´ll need a revision rhinoplasty.
Do You Feel Any Pain While Surgeon Breaks Your Nose?
No pain with local anesthesia

Hello, it is usually that patients with local anesthesia have a weird feeling but it´s not pain. In my experience, when I reduced a dorsal hump, the pain is zero, but when I do the osteotomies, there is a little bit pain in some patients.
