You would benefit from the use of kybella, on label under your chin and kybella off label to your jowls. This would require several treatments. Also targeted filler along your jawline and cheek will improve your neck contour. I also treat w botox if necessary.

Your pictures appear to show your face while animating. Animation, smiles, will change the appearance of cheeks. If during repose, you note the dents it can be more easily established and treated. One caveat would be to inject deep on the periostium. If you inject in the soft tissues the product will move easily with animation.

Generally there is more product in one vial of Vollure compared to Volbella. Swelling can occur and is temporary. One syringe of Vollure should not be concerning. I would give it a week and seek follow by your doctor if it does not improve to your liking.

It is not uncommon to have some lumps and bruises after Vollure. With time this may resolve. There are times your doctor may massage and or place something to dissolve. Usually this happens months afterwards.

With this concern I would recommend that you follow up with your surgeon. It is difficult to assess your condition without an exam or pictures, but, in general pain after a facelift improves with time. Tightness and numbness are common. If you are having fevers and swelling you should immediately call your surgeon.

I think that it would be fine to keep your lower eyelid Volbella appointment. The TMJ is a separate area. Best to consult or talk to the offices to make sure they are comfortable too.

6 days is too early to judge the final result. After a few weeks I recommend that you follow up with your injector and discuss this. Sometimes placing the Voluma in a deeper area may improve the denting when you smile. This deeper area would be on the bone.

Certain types of dermal fillers are made with hyaluronic acids (HA). These HA fillers attract water, some more than others. The amount of product and the locations injected may influence this swelling.
In general this resolves. Since it has been one year I would take pictures when it is most apparant and return back to your injector.

After reviewing your picture it appears that you've had inprovement in your chin lip area, although the left lower lip/chin area may require additional product to camouflage elevation.
Voluma does not generally migrate across face and to eyes. Normal swelling and lumpiness is to be expected. A follow up to your injector is recommended.

I have found Hylenex to be of use in theses cases. This is a differently made form of hyaluronidase. Voluma is a thicker particle and may require several treatments to improve.

Your eyes may appear to be relatively different when you inject the surrounding areas, ie cheeks. Voluma adds volume to the areas treated, while the untreated areas remain the same, giving a greater contrast than before treatment. Most of the times this is pleasing, but if you are concerned you may return to the injector and have them slightly dissolve the cheeks, otherwise these effects will decrease naturally as the product naturally diminishes.

Voluma reaction, previously used Juvederm Ultra and Radiesse

It is difficult to say that you should never try Voluma again. Juvederm Ultra is a similar HA product and Radiesse is completely different. All are usually safe and tolerated individually, but the complex interplay of all the products are not fully understood. If Juvederm Ultra and Radiesse have been successful your best option may be to continue with this treatment. Consult your provider and give him your history.
