Dear ipiva2001,Thank you for your question.  Restoration of brow symmetry may or not require surgery.  Sometimes neuromodulator treatment (e.g. Botox Cosmetic) can help lift the brow that is lower, lower the brow that is higher or both.  If it does not appear that neuromodulator treatment will be effective then asymmetrical brow lift surgery (e.g. endoscopic brow lift) may be required.  It is also possible that an eyelid procedure may be helpful for optimal results.Best,Dr H

Thank you for your question.The most pleasing longterm improvements result from well-executed
facelift surgery.  Skin tightening (e.g. Fractora, fractional CO2
resurfacing) and volumizing procedures (e.g. Injectable fillers or threads, fat
grafting) are also helpful as standalone treatments but really can add the
“icing on the cake” with surgery.  Over time most patients need and
benefit from surgical lifting, skin rejuvenation and volumizing procedures.

While the fraxel dual offers two reliable laser wavelengths for
improving photo damage these types of treatments do very little for skin laxity
and wrinkles.  Fractional CO2 laser and radio frequency micro needling
