There are a few things that can be done to improve the appearance of your nose. First the tip is too broad. It can easily be refined with some cartilage reshaping techniques. The dorsum of the nose is also widened and has a slight bump. Removal of the dorsal bump and narrowing of the upper and middle thirds of the nose is also easily done.
