Under eye laser treatment and eye fillers may help to reduce the appearance of under eye veins. Lasers pose a slight risk of clotting and serious eye damage. Although these are rare possibilities, they are potential side effects and therefore many patients and surgeons opt for the use of injectable fillers such as Restylane. This puts a barrier between the areas of less volume and the visible under eye veins and helps to minimize the greenish/blueish tint and increase volume.

I would recommend calling your plastic surgeon to speak with him about after care steps. However, I advise my patients to use ice compresses in order to controlling the swelling and make it go down. I also advice no bending or lifting heavy things, no hitting or bumping your nose, and sleeping with your head elevated and up until a week after surgery.

I would recommend Kybella or the K-lift patented by me. Kybella dissolves fat cells under the chin and helps to eliminate a double chin. The K-lift, which was patented by me, is a nonsurgical neck lift procedure that also eliminates under the chin fat and will make you appear younger. You should ensure you are allowing time for your nose to heal afterward. Eating a healthy and well-balanced diet is important. Rest is also an important factor to the healing process. Over-consuming alcohol will interfere with your healing process, increase swelling, thin your blood, and promote excess bleeding. It can only cause harm and is highly advising to not be consumed and it is important that you avoid it.

It seems that you have a deviated septum which is not uncommon. The solution to your problem is a rhinoplasty. The procedure will not take long and recovery time is 1-2 weeks. You will experience bruising and swelling. Since insurance is covering it, you are lucky! I perform many rhinoplasties every week.
