Hello. With a complete physical exam, an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon is usually able to determine the cause of nasal obstruction. Nasal obstruction is usually caused by either septal deviation, nasal valve collapse, or inferior turbinate hypertrophy (sometimes a combination of all 3). Hello. In my experience, HA fillers are far and away the best option for lip augmentation. They are reversible, non-allergenic, safe, and well tolerated. I use and highly advocate a flexible cannula technique. Bruising and swelling are highly unusual, and with the use of dental blocks, the technique is essentially painless. Utilizing the flexible cannula technique, plumps the lips from the posterior compartment producing a natural result, without the “duck-lip” appearance.
