Shaving is always optional (at least in my office). We have a variety of different procedures that allow us get by without shaving. Recipient shaving is up to you and most people after the first procedure and when they have a hairline don’t want to shave any more. Even donor shaving is optional now. It is hard to see the color of the skin. It would be helpful to post the photo that shows larger area of scalp or the photos before the surgery. I am sure the doctor who have performed the procedure has it. You need to be seen in person and may need other tests to determine the cause of your condition.

It is unlikely that even a strong wind can hurt your transplanted hair 3 days into it. However, I suggest you avoid anything that you may feel harmful to your hair within the first 4 days. Day 5 and after you can resume all your activities nad treat the new hair as you treat the hair in other areas.

Yes, It can change color and become green or blue. However, if it is done right with the right concentration of the pigmenta and proper color, the risk of discoloration is very minimal. We prefer non permanent pigments for the same reason. They may fade but usually don’t turn blue.
