Excellent question. I don’t have the details about your pathological (keloid) scar formation (active or non-active). Yes, a hair transplant surgery (HTS) can be performed but as hair surgeon I will be concerned about a future keloid scars after the donor area harvesting technique with Donor Strip and/or FUExcision and the recipient area too. Excellent question. Do no panic, it may be normal the “shock loss:” during the first 4-8 weeks of the treatment and I ALWAYS tell that to my patients . Great questions. Unfortunately you have complications in your donor and recipient area. You were too young for hair transplant surgery too. There are several options for repairing the donor area and one of them is: micropigmentantion with FUE grafting. For the recipient area: another FUExcision surgery for blending the existing hairs with new hairs in different angle, direction and tilt.
