The scar shown in the picture above can be dealt with both by surgical removal of the scar or by FUE depending upon the experience of the surgeon. If you can go to a full-time hair transplant surgeon with sufficient experience in FUT, then you can get the scar excised. Otherwise, you can go in FUE and get scalp micro pigmentation in that area to cover it up.
Can stress during the first week of recovery damage my new grafts and affect the result?

In general, stress is one of the reasons which can cause hair loss. But in the case of hair transplant, the survivability of grafts may not be affected by the stress immediately before the surgery. Although, it may lead to an increase in blood pressure which will make the surgery more difficult. So, it is better to go for surgery in a cool, calm way to get the best of results
