Prior to the Wound Center she held a position in Surgery at Lake Regional Hospital as a Certified Surgical Technologist working with Dr. Huang in the cosmetic surgery setting. She has had years of experience in the Cosmetic Surgery/Laser field. She is also a clinical care specialist who works alongside Dr.Huang and his nurse Rachel. Nikki makes sure to build a trusting relationship with all her clients, ensuring great patient care.

Rachel joined Osage Valley Plastic Surgery in 2009 as a plastic surgery nurse, and has since helped develop the aesthetics side of the practice. Rachel has received the professional accolade of being selected by the dermatology specialist Galderma to serve as a Dysport® and all the Restylane family of products trainer to train injection techniques and treatments to other health care professionals in the industry.
