She is an expert in both female and male skin analysis, skin care protocols and noninvasive procedures that help to maintain youthful looking skin and reverse the signs of aging.

Lauren is available to meet with every patient to offer them a complimentary skin consultation including a Visia skin analysis which assesses the four main areas of the aging skin; wrinkles, brown spots, redness and pore size.

With her extensive experience, she is trained and qualified on all of our noninvasive procedures such as medical grade facials, micro-needling, dermaplanning, hair removal, body contouring, skin tightening and energy based technologies.

Position: Practice Manager

Biography: Natalie is our Practice Manager and patient care coordinator. Her primary focus is to ensure that every patient has a seamless, enjoyable and personalized aesthetic experience. Natalie works intimately with our patients who are contemplating a surgical procedure to ensure that they have all the necessary information they need to make an educated decision. For those patients who have elected to undergo a procedure, Natalie is the patient’s advocate, and will coordinate and manage all aspects of the patient’s journey with our office.

Natalie has a direct line of communication with Dr. Liang at all times. She will make certain that all of your questions and concerns, before, during and after surgery are answered quickly, accurately and in terms that are understandable.

Position: Patient Care Coordinator

Biography: Nicole is our customer experience specialist. She will answer incoming calls, oversee, coordinate and schedule patient appointments. Nicole is available to answer all questions regarding any of our office services such as injections, non-invasive treatments, surgery, spa services and skin care treatments.

Nicole will interface with all of the office staff to ensure that any of your questions are answered quickly and to your satisfaction when you are ready to schedule a consultation with any of our providers.
