Biography: Tina has worked in the medical field for 30+ years, the past 15 with Dr. Meininger. She first started out as Dr. Meininger’s insurance coord. and performed other various clerical duties, gradually increasing her position over the years to include medical transcription, biller, EMR project manager, scribe, surgical coordinator and now as his practice manager. She is responsible for the day to day operational management of the practice on behalf of Dr. Meininger, as well as continuing to act as his surgical coordinator. Holding the position as practice manager and surgical coordinator has given her the opportunity to work directly with patients, and understand their needs and concerns. She has extensive knowledge and experience concerning Dr. Meininger’s surgical procedures and schedule. Her knowledge of breast and cosmetic procedures, as well as her compassion, will immediately put you at ease.

Biography: Lisa has worked in the medical field for 10 years, and with Dr. Meininger for the past 2 years. As you enter our office Lisa will be the first to welcome you. Along with making the patients feel welcome and relaxed she coordinates all the doctors’ appointments. She makes sure all pertinent information is organized for the doctor to ensure your appointment goes smoothly. Her calm demeanor makes your time in our office enjoyable and relaxing.

Biography: Stephanie is our newest addition to Meininger Plastic Surgery. She received her Associates of Applied Science Degree, Medical Assistant at Macomb Community College in 2016 – CMA (AAMA) certification. She greets all patients seen in the office. She will review your medical information that you provide via the patient portal or by hand written forms, including but not limited to your past medical history, family history, surgical history, social history, allergies and medications, as well as other details to help make your visit meaningful. The Medical Assistant works side-by-side with our nurse and Dr. Meininger.

Biography: Suhad joined Meininger Plastic Surgery in December 2016. She is a certified Cosmetic Tattoo Artist. Suhad has over 22 years of experience. She is a licensed Cosmetologist and Certified Instructor of Tattooing. She provides nipple areola tattooing for our breast reconstruction patients, as well as many other cosmetic services such as tattooing eyeliner, lip liner & color enhancement, scar and small area repigmentation as well as eyebrow tattooing, including microblading. With this wealth of experience and knowledge, she looks forward to helping you achieve your goals. Her office hours are the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month, by appointment only.
