I recommend that you contact the health practitioner that injected the Restylane into your lips for advice.

Several issues going on here! First off, you don't have to live with leakage. I recommend seeing a Urogynecologist for a consultation for vaginoplasty. Pelvic reconstructive surgeons can treat leakage and the laxity (looseness) you are experiencing. O shot will definitely help with clitoral sensitivity. I also recommend Testosterone topical or subcutaneous pellets. This will also drive blood flow to your erogenous zones making it easier to orgasm.

I believe knowledge and comfort with the anatomy is key in performing the O shot. As a gynecologist, we work with this area daily. If the PRP is injected in the incorrect area, it may not enhance your sexual experience.
Nose thread lift. Is there anything I can do to lower my nose tip back to its original form?

Depending on how long it has been since your thread lift you may be able to lower your nose tip. I would recommend seeing the person who did your threads to see if its possible. The good news is, threads do not last forever and the sutures will dissolve depending on which sutures you had placed.

The masseter muscle is very strong. I would expect your smile to return at the 3 month point and the jowls to disappear and the muscle starts to activate again. This has happened to me personally before! It does get better.
