The method for clitoral hudoplasty and labiaplasty varies from person to person. It seems right for you to remove the edges of the clitoris and combine it with labiaplasty. I do not recommend the wedge method for labiaplasty as it disrupts the nutrition of the labia and wound healing after the operation. Transfer resection, in which dark colored areas are removed as much as possible for labiaplasty, seems to be the most suitable method for you.

Hello, genital aesthetic procedures should be performed in line with functional and aesthetic needs. If there is no problem that causes you pain during sexual intercourse or in your social life, there is no functional problem. However, if its appearance bothers you and your self-confidence decreases because of this, then the aesthetic factor comes to the fore. As far as I can see from the picture, labiaplasty + chitoral hoodoplasty may look more beautiful for you.
