Hello there, you are experiencing symptoms that will require the expertise of a gynecologist, you may need and sling placement and also and evaluation of the pelvic muscles. Maybe check your hormones as well to see if you are getting close to menopause. The g spot question is more complicated, women’s don’t only have orgasms based on stimulation of an specific area. Most insurance company will cover surgery for urinary incontinence and all the evaluation. Good luck.

In my office the cost is $700 and I include the lidocaine cream that cost around $50 because I make it at a compounding pharmacy. My patients are coming somewhere between 12-18 months after finishing the initial treatment. In my opinion is better to do the touch up treatment before the symptoms return.

I usually put my patients on suppression therapy if they have a history of genital herpes to make sure she is not going to develop and outbreak during the treatment or healing time. You should not have the laser treatment during and outbreak.

Sadly MLT is contraindicated in patients with history of mesh, only can be used on patients who have an sling procedure. But if there is any mesh exposure is also not recommended.

Sorry that you are having issues after MLT, is usually very well tolerated and my patients only have discomfort during the first 24 hs. If there is no urinary infection you my have a urethritis, you may benefit by using an anti-inflammatory medication, talk to your doctor.good luck

Sorry that you are having all this health issues, I have had a great result in treating patients with MLT laser with your same complaints. MLT will increase collagen. elastine and blood supply to the vaginal mucosa and also in the periurethral area improving the thickness of your mucosa and decreasing the chances of micro tears that lead to recurrent UTI.
