He then completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the George Washington University Medical Center in Washington, D.C.

Thank you for your question If you do not like your edges then a trim technique will eliminate the edges and can create a length and height per your preference. There is no benefit to the wedge technique when doing a trim and it puts you at risk for the complications (holes and notching) inherent to the wedge technique.
