Brow ptosis is a very common problem that causes pseudo dermatochalasis. This woman’s problem was not excess eyelid skin but rather drooping of the brows, causing bunching up of the eyelid skin. The solution is a brow lift. She didn’t want a full forehead lift but didn’t want the scar of the direct brow lift. So I performed bitemporal trichophytic brow lift. Good lift, imperceptible scars. Customizing the surgery to the patient’s wants and needs is very important.
