The short answer is "yes": a browlift *could* help reduce both vertical and horizontal forehead lines. It depends on the technique that is used. You should discuss this in detail with your surgeon to see if he or she performs these types procedures. In addition, adjunct/post-surgery use of Botox injections can be used to further enhance the end result. The most important thing is to find an experienced surgeon who is comfortable with these treatments.

Midface and under-eye volume augmentation with filler injections can be done conservatively as a very safe option for facial rejuvenation. I would recommend seeing an experienced injector for an in-person evaluation and to discuss your goals.

You are fine to safely do any of the activities you mentioned after your filler injection. Tear trough injections can sometimes lead to bruising which in some cases can last several days so this might be something to consider if you do not want to be bruised for your vacation.

The "tired" look you describe is related to the downward slant of the outer corner of your eyes where the upper and lower lids come together - this is called the lateral canthus. Repositioning/tightening of this structure can be done surgically and could be a good options for your problem. I would recommend seeing an experienced oculoplastic surgeon for an in-person consultation in order to discuss these options. Good luck!

Based on your photo, you do not seem to have a large amount of submental (below the chin) fat, therefore Kybella might not be the best option for you (Kybella is directed at treating submental fat). The loose skin in that area could be treated surgically, but if your are not interested in surgery, various radiofrequency devices could be options for tightening in this area (one example is the Profound RF device). There is no problem with getting an additional vial for your second treatment. I would not expect you to have a significant increase in the swelling, going from 2 vials on the first treatment and 3 on the second. Kybella is a very effective treatment when used in the right patient and when done properly by an experienced injector. Good luck!
