But I prefer fat reposition in all my surgeries, if I think there is a little fat excess after reposition, then I can do very little fat removal. Actually, it may not correct to analysis these problems only with the front view photos taken by telephone camera. But I think you are a good candidate for lower blepharoplasty surgery. But your complaints about your cheek or malar zone may not solve with lower blepharoplasty surgery. Hi, the reason for the wrinkles between your upper lip and nose may be the result of the grafts, which placed in the surgery. I can’t know that what were your problems before the surgery and if there was a need for a graft. Also, the stiffness is generally happening with the grafts. Besides, stiffness in the nasal column and tip is generally reduced in 8 to 12 months after the surgery.
