Blepharoplasty is my favorite procedure to do because it leaves patients looking overall more refreshed and less “tired”. The upper blepharoplasty would help with the fullness and heaviness in the upper eyelid and the lower blepharoplasty would help with the bulge or early “bags” under the eyes. Lower lid blepharoplasty helps with some of the darkness under the eyes when its due to a shadow from the “puffiness”, but it will not change the slight pink hue of the skin or any of the dark spots…
