What are you opinions on hairline lowering/hair transplant for forehead reduction?
Hair line lowering surgery at 20
Dec 7, 2018
I strongly suggest that you do not have any hairline lowering surgery at the age of twenty. This is just too early and not advisable. However, I suggest that you focus on diagnosing the reason for your continued hair loss and then preventing it through noninvasive measures. I would ask that you re-assess your need for surgery in your late twenties so that your surgeon can then appropriately devise a plan for you. In…
Can an aggressive hair wash at 2.5 months post-op affect my result?
FUT and aggressive washing after 80 days
Dec 7, 2018
You should not worry that some aggressive hair washing will affect your results after 80 days.
What is your assessment of my 5 months result, should I expect more growth?
Hair growth at 5 months
Dec 7, 2018
You can get a better idea of your results 9 – 12 months post op. Discuss with your physician different options available to you in preventing further hair loss.
Am I being paranoid about my FUE graft count?
FUE count in Turkey
Dec 7, 2018
It is highly unlikely that you had 3,800 follicular units performed in 4.5 hours but not impossible . Unfortunately, we have seen many patients whom have been told one thing and received something else when having their surgery performed in Turkey. We see these patients as they present to us needing some much needed revisions. I suggest that you consider a qualified hair surgeon in the United States if you are looking fro additional density in the future.

Rest assured this is normal. The transplant is well rooted by day 5. Follow the remainder of your surgeons post op instructions.
Can I expect some new growth later or do I just keep the hair I already have?
Finasteride and hair loss
Nov 19, 2018
Finasteride is more effective in reducing hair loss and in some men with male pattern baldness has the potential of growing some fine hairs. By 9 months you should have seemed some results , if any. Since you are still in the early stages of male pattern baldness I suggest you take time to meet with a Hair restoration specialist to advise you on a multi-tiered treatment plan that will help maintain your hair and plan out how you can best implement other procedures such as FUE ,…
Thinking about getting FUE for hairline lowering. Possible risks/complications. PA preforming proced
Hair lowering Procedure
Nov 11, 2018
I think that the most important factor in determining the best surgeon is one who understands the hair transplant process and also has an Aesthetic eye in creating a natural hairline. Too often we are correcting that in patients whom present to us for their second transplant.
Moreover, your surgeon should be conservative and figure out the best way to treat you NOT based on the initial results you can achieve but based on what you may look like 5, 10 and 15 years from now….
