As far as I can see from the photos, your hair loss is only at your crown area and it is not a large area to cover. 3500 grafts will be too much for that part. 1000-2000 grafts will be enough for you. We can decide the exact number sfter shaving your head. Have a nice day!

Your condition seems you are Norwood scale IV – V, and hairs seems thinner based on photos, if we consider your donor capacity is eligible for +4000 grafts you better need this amount of graft for a good result in the end otherwise lower graft numbers cannot achieve a good appearance.
