You obviously love smiling, and as a consequence the muscles around the eye have become stronger and bigger.
To improve this and help soften this appear wbce, botulinum toxin (botox, xeomin, dysport, jeaveau) can be used to soften the action of this muscle. This is a sensitive area to inject and should be done in a conservative manner. Choose an experienced injector and you should do well.

Although it is hard to tell without a physical exam and there is also some asymmetric lighting in the photo. IT seems like your left upper lip is thinner and some filler may help mask the asymmetry. Ultimately, there may be some gum line asymmetry or actual underlying skeleton asymmetry.
A gum line asymmetry can be improved with crown lengthening (trimming of the gum around the teeth). I do not think this is your case.

You have the essence of what needs to be done to achieve facial harmony.
To achieve this goal it would be ideal to treatment plan your surgery with a thorough facial and dental examination which includes cone beam CT (bone imaging) imaging and 3D facial photography (at rest and in smile).

Allow for some healing time, then you may be able to get a satisfactory result form a lower transconjunctival bleoharoplasty and/or conservative fat grafting.

Looking at your photos you have mild ptosis in your right upper eyelid. This can be seen by where the edge of the eyelid rests compared to the edge of the pupil.
Although surgery will open the eye slightly, it will only be for the right eye and will only be subtle to the average observer.
As other Doctors have already suggested, Botulinum Toxin (Botox or equivilant) will help. I would ask your injector to also deposit a little botox to help achive a brow lift….

It is very common for patient to have multiple surgeries in sequence. Typically I would recommend 6-8 weeks in between procedures. However, if there is major blood loss during one the procedures or other complications it may require a modification to the time needed. I have completed facelift in patients as young as 35 years of age, but it all depends on your goals and your anatomy and facial features.
