The ‘Spock’ Sign comes from placing the medial injections too high, resulting in a relative relaxation of the medial fibers of the muscle that raises the eyebrows, As a result, the fibers on the side will work harder when you try to lift your eyebrows. Correct placement will prevent this from happening.

Since the level of the eyebrows is determined by muscles pulling them up and others pulling them down, correction of drooping eyebrows can be possible by weakening downward pulling muscles. Please find an experienced practitioner to do this.

Since the result is asymmetrical (and I suppose you did not request an asymmetrical result) chances are high that the plastic surgeon would cover the few units needed to correct it. I would not like my patient to walk around like this..

Sometimes filler can last much longer than expected, so trying to treat it with hyaluronidase after two years is not a bad option, or even making a small incision with a needle and squeeze it out might be possible.
