Hi there. I believe the third set of your photos are your postoperative photos? If so, it does seem to be a very mild pixie ear deformity. I wouldn’t call it a classic case of pixie ear deformity. These can be corrected with a minor procedure performed under local anesthesia, removing a wedge of tissue and bringing the earlobe up. The treatment is very effective when done correctly. Looking at your pictures, you have a beautiful face, nice contours, and normal skin elasticity. The reason why your neck and jaw line skin bunches up when you bring your chin into your neck, is because this is a normal phenomenon that happens with everyone, even very young individuals. Normal people don’t go around with their chins tucked into their necks. As long as you avoid this, then you will be in good shape!

I see from your photos that you do have a heavier lower face resulting in premature jowl formation. As I’m sure you are aware, this is something you inherited genetically. In terms of undergoing a facelift, you are on the younger end of needing a Facelift. I would recommend undergoing liposuction and likely a lower and mid face thread lift. I would recommend a Silhouette InstaLift, as this is stronger than some of the other thread lifts such as PDO threads. Hope this helps?
