Hi-  Botox or neuromodulators treat muscles deep to the skin, your complaints coincide with fullness of the submental area. This area is treated either with liposuction, deoxycholic acid injection (non-invasive), or lower face/neck lift with tightening and release of the muscle in your neck. Hi-  A Benelli mastopexy may result in undue tension on the scar around the areola leading to widening. It’s very difficult to comment on the need for the vertical scar based on the photos alone but it is certainly not unreasonable. Good Luck

Hi-    The definition of “tuberous” breasts has certain criteria to be met and from the photos it appears you have some similarities to those type of breasts. It does make the operation more involved than a typical breast augmentation as you will also need a lift to center your breast mound over the implant. Make sure to see a board certified plastic surgeon for your consultation regarding your surgery. I do not recommend patients to ever gain weight prior to any operation. Good Luck!

Hi-     Very common question. From the shape of your breasts with loss of fullness in the upper pole is usually best addressed with a lift. The only way to elevate the nipple and breast tissue is reduce tissue inferiority and tighten the skin envelope in order to get the shape you desire. Hope this was helpful- good luck!!

Hi-    I usually recommend patient should try and stay in the flexed position for at least 6-8weeks will sleeping to keep any tension off the incision during the early healing phase. Fetal position is fine as it still unloads the new incision but full extension on your abdomen would create the most tension. Hope you love your result and follow your plastic surgeons instructions as everyone has different philosophies on post op recovery for their patients. Good Luck

Hi-  It looks like from your photos depending on what breast shape and size you are hoping to achieve, a breast lift with the implant will likely give you the best result. Donut mastopexy or peri-areolar may produce a wider scar than with a small vertical extension which I would recommend. Hope this was helpful and good luck!!

Hi- I think you should make sure to see a board certified surgeon that is very comfortable with Asian rhinoplasty. I think you don’t need a surgeon who ONLY does Asian rhinoplasty to get you a result your looking for. Good luck and hope you find a surgeon that’s right for you!

Hi-  Yes I always will leave drains overnight and take them out the following day. I recommend wearing a neck/ace wrap for 2 weeks 24 hrs a day and then 2-4 weeks at night depending on recovery. Good Luck and hope you love your result!

Hi-   This is one of the most common questions we are asked. Post pregnancy changes usually require a standard abdominoplasty which includes a muscle plication and low transverse scar. Liposuction is best used to improve contour for areas that are resistant to weight loss and exercise. Be sure to find a board certified PLASTIC surgeon to go over the best options for you.Good Luck!

Generally the breast swelling is mostly resolved at 3-4 months but sometimes may take longer. You should follow up with your plastic surgeon to go over your concerns. Implant firmness can depend on which implant was used and if they were placed on top or under the muscle. Good Luck!

Hi-    Surgery will dramatically improve your facial aging. Non-invasive treatments are excellent tools that also assist in combatting certain changes that occur with facial aging. Surgical changes are very powerful but address different issues than fillers/Botox. Good Luck

Hi-   It seems your are still very early in the recovery process and things are still healing. I generally tell patients swelling can persist for up to 6 months so try the best they can to be patient throughout the healing process. Wearing a compression garment and massage can help with the swelling as you move along. Good luck and I hope you love your result.

Hi-  I don’t think there is any contra-indication to Breast Augmentation after a dental cleaning or procedure. If you have any infection or viral illness I would recommend to wait until you have completely recovered as you wouldnt want any seeding of the implant with any systemic infection or bacteremia.
