Of course you would need an in person exam to tell for sure, but based on your photos I think you are a good candidate for abdominoplasty. May not get as flat as you want, but should be able to get you 90% of the way there. You certainly have plenty of skin to qualify. Another test is to pinch the skin at the level of the umbilicus. If you can barely pinch up any fat then it is mostly visceral and unable to be removed, but can still remove excess skin. If the pinch thickness is 2″ or…

Put 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons of water in a glass and look at it. You are indecisive over that amount of volume. It will make little to no visual difference in the final outcome of your surgery. The most important measurements the implant diameter to not leave a wide gap. In my practice I have as many, if not more , women come in to downsize implants rather than increase size. If you are satisfied with your current size or would not mind being slightly smaller, then I would certainly recommend a breast lift without implants. You can always get implants later if you decide that you want more upper pole fullness or to increase size. Most patients I see with breasts like yours are perfectly happy with a lift alone.

Your breasts are perfectly normal in shape and do not sag at all. So you definitely do not need a lift.

If your goal is to obtain more upper pole fullness, then a breast implant is the easiest way to do that and could be accomplished with a relatively small implant.
