So the fact that you got 285 mL implants placed underneath your muscle, will indicate that every time you flex, either your implants will be jumping up because of the position of the muscle, or down. It truly depends on what was broken, when you “ broke your nose”. The nose has two components, one is bone, and one is cartilage .
