Thanks for your question! This is a common trouble area for many people, especially with the increase in video conferencing. I love doing liposuction of this area and find it can create dramatic results with a very little recovery. I think the results should be --essentially-- permanent and I've not seen recurrences of fat later. The skin certainly will continue to age, of course, but there are other procedures later that can address that. I'd encourage you to consider it! Best wishes

Thank you for your question. Yes, the Sientra breast implant line is very, very good quality. I prefer the Style 107 HSC+ (the strongest and most cohesive gel -- more "gummy," if you will). Most augmentations, even when "submuscular" end up being at least partially dual-plane (the lower border of the implant is rarely covered by muscle). I bet you will get a great result! Best wishes

Thank you for your question. You possibly could go larger than 415cc, but with a breast lift at the same time, that might be somewhat tight? I would go back to your PS at least once more and "try on" the implants in a non-padded bra so you can see the look. You should bring different tops you like to wear and experiment with the implants a bit. Best wishes

Thank you for your question. No, as far as I'm aware, there are no breast implants currently approved that have any sort of mesh attached to them. When that has been tried in the past, the added tabs/material became a weak point for the shell of the implant and led to premature rupture of the device. The Sientra breast implant lineup is very good though! You should find a trusted plastic surgeon near you and have a look in person. Best wishes

Thank you for your question. I would not recommend the textured implants. They introduce the possibility of problems and worries for very little (if any) reduction in capsular contracture. The data on that are not conclusive, otherwise, they would be more commonly used. Stick with the smooth, round implants and the submuscular pocket. You will get a great result! Best wishes

Thanks for your question. My answer is a definite, "YES!" The Style 107 HSC+ is a wonderful implant. It is very soft, offers peace of mind in terms of silicone in that it is very high-strength and holds together well in the event of a rupture, and the company offers a 20-year warranty (currently, the best warranty you can get in a breast implant). Thank you for your question. All people have at least some asymmetry in their breasts (even men). You do have a noticeable difference, and I can see why that would make finding comfortable bras a problem. Yes, this can be improved. You would likely need a breast lift (mastopexy) to improve the nipple position and tighten the skin, and you may need an implant -- at least for that right side if not both. I'd suggest going in to meet a plastic surgeon near you. Best wishes

Thank you for your question. I think you really have to go visit your plastic surgeon's office and feel the differences in person. I do, personally, think the silicone implants are a bit softer in feel; however, the IDEAL implants have some significant advantages of their own. You really need to consider the pros and cons, then make the best decision for you.

Thank you for your question. I would agree with what you've learned so far. There is some increased risk of capsular problems each time you have more surgery. I would also agree that you'd not be seeing that much difference from 200 to 275 (I would be surprised if that gave you an entire cup size increase). It's tough to predict the exact final cup size. Thanks for your question. As long as you are happy with your results, the implants are feeling soft & comfortable, and you monitor them every couple of years with breast imaging (mammogram, ultrasound, or MRI) to be sure there is no rupture (because you will not feel it otherwise), you do not need to have them removed. Only the Allergan Style 410 implants were placed on a recall -- and even those implants do not necessarily need to be removed if there are no problems (require more...

Thanks for your question. 500 grams removed per breast tends to be a typical amount for insurance approval. At a G cup, 500 grams will likely leave you with a very nice result. Most patients are very happy after breast reduction surgery. Best wishes

Thank you for your question. I think that if you are aiming for that final photograph, you would probably be better off with a true tummy tuck. I would start by getting help to start a dedicated diet & exercise routine for about 6 months. Then, the extra skin could be physically removed and your core would be tightened. I don't think liposuction plus energy treatment (like Renuvion) would help very much. Best wishes

Thanks for your question. Going with the 335cc implant shell and filling it to 370cc will give you a rounder, more projecting breast as opposed to using the 370cc shell and filling it to 370. The larger shell will give a softer, slightly less projecting breast. Either would work well, and you have the advantages of a saline-filled device over silicone (each have pros and cons that need to be considered). I think I'd suggest waiting for the 335cc shell to be back in stock. Best wishes

Thanks for your question. Almost all breast implants placed will initially feel very firm and will sit high on the chest until the tissues relax a bit. Even silicone implant patients may experience that, "sloshing," sound for the first week which is related to the antibiotic rinses/irrigations most surgeons use during the surgery. Any air in the IDEAL implant will permeate through the implant shell after a couple of weeks, so long term problems with feeling the saline inside is not common. ...
What is the difference between pseudoptosis and ptosis in regard to the breasts?

Thank you for your question. Ptosis refers to "drooping" of the breast (or any structure, for that matter). Usually, "pseudo-ptosis" refers to a breast shape where a majority of the breast gland tissue has descended below the crease under the breast (inframammary fold), but the nipple itself remains above the majority of that line. They each have different ways of addressing the problem surgically. I hope that helps a little.
