Just by judging your photos, there does not appear to be a lot of excess skin relative to breast tissue. However, once your breast tissue is re positioned higher on your chest wall, this may change. Surgeons generally try to use as little scarring as possible on the breast.

At three weeks after surgery, there is still swelling, which may take a full year to resolve.  Be patient and stay in touch with your surgeon, who can provide reassurance during your healing process.

Botox can be injected into your masseter muscle (s) to narrow your lower cheeks and make your face less square and more oval in appearance.  We also inject this muscle to reduce clenching of the muscles in patients who grind their teeth.  It is a temporary solution as Botox must be reinjected every 4 months to maintain results.

You have a defined crease in the "cleavage" area between your breasts so it does not look as though you have symmastia.  Your breasts are close together which gives you cleavage.  In some women, there is a wide breast bone and the breasts, with or without implants, are far apart.  This is not the case in your situation.

When implants are placed under the chest wall muscle, it sometimes takes 6-12 weeks for the muscle to stretch out and the implants to settle into position.  Massage, oral muscle relaxants, and a high breast strap will usually help with the process.
Will liposuction and fat grafting work for droopy wrinkly knees?

Thermi RF is a radiofrequency treatment that is performed in the office.  A small incision is made, using local anesthesia, and the area is infused with a small amount of tumescent fluid.  The radiofrequency tip is inserted and heat delivered to the area to tighten the skin.  We have had great results with anterior and medical knees using this procedure.

You are still very early post-op.  It takes 6-12 weeks for the implants to settle into place.  Massage, breast straps and muscle relaxants can help.

You do have extra skin that could be removed with abdominoplasty.  I would perform liposuction as well to improve your contour.

Sometimes it takes longer for the implants to settle into position if they are in the subpectoral position (under the muscle).  I usually recommend massage, muscle relaxants, vitamin E, singulair and a breast strap to help the implant to settle down.  If those maneuvers don't work, consider capsulotomy between 6 and 9 months post-op.

The final results after rhinoplasty are usually apparent 12-18 months post-op.  About 1.5% of patients may require a revision, usually for minor asymmetries.  I would make a list of your concerns and speak with your surgeon to make sure your expectations were realistic.  You may want to also seek a second opinion regarding rhinoplasty revision.

It would depend upon what your nose originally looked like.  Most nasal swelling is gone 12-18 months after rhinoplasty so your results should be fairly stable at this point.  Ask your surgeon to review your before and after photos with you so that you can see whether or not your expectations are realistic.

All implants can rupture.  The rupture rate varies, depending upon the implant type and manufacturer.Do not assume your symptoms are due to implant rupture.  I would recommend you see your primary care physician for an evaluation.

Without seeing before photos it is not possible to comment on your concerns. Speak with your surgeon honestly. Do not assume there will be additional charges. Surgeons want happy, satisfied patients. See whether or not your expectations are reasonable.

You look as though you have good skin without stretch marks. I would recommend laser-assisted liposuction to reduce fat and tighten skin. Additional radiofrequency treatments post-operatively can help with additionalnskin tightening, if needed.
