Revision may involve cartilage grafting to achieve your goals. An in person exam would be necessary to examine the quality of your skin, cartilage and bone structure. In my practice 50% of my patients are considered ethnic from a variety of cultural backgrounds. Good luck!

An in person consultation would be necessary to determine the appropriate procedure. During the blepharoplasty consultation, I examine your eyes, the presence of fat, and how much loose skin or muscle is present. In some patients who are younger, at times, a blepharoplasty can be more appropriate, because genetically we sometimes have fat pads. Good luck!

Looking at your photos, you may have thicker skin on the tip of your nose. An in person exam would be necessary but often we have to examine the current structure of the nose if a revision rhinoplasty is necessary. Cartilage grafting may be necessary depending on your goals. Good luck !

Certainly an in person exam is necessary, but to make the tip smaller and less full I would recommend a Rhinoplasty that can focus on the specific areas. Often Rhinoplasty is performed for finesse to provide subtle changes. During my consultation process I discussed yesterday goals and also perform a simulation. Good luck !

Thank you for sharing your photos, and in office simulation would allow us to discuss the procedure as well as discuss how your nose could potentially look with the surgery. In addition in my practice, we discuss recovery and how the surgery is done. Very often the goals are common, such as a smooth, nasal bridge, and a rotated and smaller tip. Good luck!

You certainly could have a Rhinoplasty to just address the columella. This is a complex area which involves cartilage, skin, and mucosa. For many patients this area hangs due to a lack of structural support, and sometimes cartilage grafting or special suturing is needed. Technically, this would still be a Rhinoplasty, but it could be isolated to one area. Good luck!

It’s true that liposuction in an area of loose skin can worsen the appearance of the skin. Bra fat, and lower body might be able to be addressed but a proper exam would be necessary. Lipo should be done in areas where the skin tone is relatively good already. Good Luck!

Certainly regarding the nose, and Rhinoplasty can slim, refine and balance to nose with the rest of the face. The goals are to create a natural look that can still be very substantial change. Regarding the jawline, there are options such as filler or small implants which can add some balance to the jaw. Buccal fat pad removal should be done conservatively and formal consultation should be performed to evaluate whether you were a good candidate for this procedure, good luck !

The goals of rhinoplasty are to add proportion and balance in the nose. For many patients there are one or two areas that would like to be addressed, such as a hump on the profile, or the size of the tip. For other patients the goals are to slim and refine the nose overall. I would suggest a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and determine if you an ideal candidate.

I believe it is possible to narrow the width of your nose with rhinoplasty. This is a specialized surgery, make sure you consult a plastic surgeon with special training in Rhinoplasty for patients of African origin. A consultation should consist of discussion, exam and simulation. Good luck!

You may benefit from a revision. A proper exam in the office would be necessary and often when swelling totally resolves then we can see irregularities in the nasal bridge. Make sure you consult with a surgeon highly qualified in revision rhinoplasty.

During consultation, we ask patients to point out what features of the nose they would like to reshape. For most patients it is smoothing in the nasal bridge as well as refining the tip. Overall patients want a nose that is more balanced and proportionate . In most female patients, this means feminizing to nose with some subtle aesthetic modifications. A simulation can also be very helpful to see what changes could potentially be made with the nose. Good luck!

Thank you for your questions--to increase size and upper pole fullness an implant would be necessary, considering your "wish" photos. However to make the areola smaller and on even levels, some aspect of a mastopexy or breast tissue reshaping would be needed. This combination I believe can give you a nice result. Good luck!
