Based on your skin care concerns, I would recommend microneedling treatments (such as the Vivace) to boost collagen and elastin production and soften fine lines and acne scarring. Based on the photos you provided, I would recommend treatments that focus on collagen and elastin production to repair the skin integrity and acne reduce scarring and hyperpigmentation. Such treatments include non-ablative lasers, microneedling treatments, hydrafacials, PRP treatments, as well as good skin care products and sun precautions. Thank you for your question. ThermiTight can sometimes be used to tighten loose skin above the knees depending on the severity of skin laxity. A thigh lift is another alternative and is typically more effective to target loose skin in that general area.

Thank you for your question. Most patients heal asymmetrically after just about any surgery and it can take several months for the swelling to fully settle and soften. Massaging the thighs can help the swelling go down faster but it will ultimately take time. You should follow up with your doctor if the asymmetry persists beyond 3 months or sooner if anything changes or worsens.
