Unfortunately, I do not see any difference either. By definition, an Ellevate lift is a minimally invasive procedure. It is supposed to smooth the jawline. Do not see that in you.It seems like this procedure was sold to you as a facelift. Non-invasive facial procedures produce minimal results. Sounds good because it is less expensive than a facelift.The answer to your dilemma is consider a standard, two-layer face and neck lift performed by an experienced board-certified plastic surgeon.

It looks like your breasts are sagging where an implant alone will not be enough. A lift would give you a more youthful shape. The scars are hidden by bras and bathing suit tops and do fade over time. I just do not have patients who are bothered by the scars of a lift when they see how perky their breasts have become.Adding an implant at the time of a lift will give you longer lasting upper fullness.

You do not appear to be a good candidate for liposuction alone. It seems your skin is too loose. A mini tummy tuck would only address the lower loose skin. Consider a full tummy tuck with muscle tightening, liposuction of the flanks and removal of loose skin above and below the belly button.

It is true that diet and exercise is the only way to remove visceral fat. That is the fat around our intestines. Excess of that type of fat causes your tummy to bulge forward. You have what happens to some degree to most women after a breast lift. The skin between the nipple and the breast crease stretches. It causes not only loss of upper fullness but also changes to nipple position. Adding an implant will give you upper fullness. Thank you for your question and photo. It does appear that you would benefit from an upper blepharoplasty to remove the excess skin of the upper lids. But, you also seem to have sagging of the brows. Elevating the outer half of your brows would benefit the upper eyelid lift. The ways to do that would be a brow lift or non-surgical elevation with either Dysport of Botox. I am not sure where you are reading about CO2 laser as a must with eyelid surgery. I disagree. I have never used the laser with this surgery and get excellent results. Removing some skin when also removing the bags tightens the skin enough to avoid the laser. The scar fades nicely as this is never an issue.The laser avoids the skin removal portion of the procedure. It's one or the other.
