this patient had had a lifestyle lift by another surgeon and was not satisfied with the results. in particular she felt the surgery did not provide the improvement she was looking for in the neck. i perforemd a secondary face/neck lift. she is satisfied withe the contour changes that were brought about in the neck and cheeks. she asked that here eyes not be shown for some degree of privacy. thus the photos are cropped.
