Dear W.smp19,It is natural to have these kinds of concerns early in your recovery but you have to give it at least three months before you can make any judgments about your results. Although your belly button looks slightly lower you don’t have any scars around your the belly button itself which can be more visually distracting. Your scar also appears appropriately below your bikini line. Be patient and follow your surgeons postoperative guidance. Hang in there and good luck.

Thanks for your question and for providing photos. Without performing a physical exam it is impossible to determine if your area of concern is truly breast glandular tissue or a small amount of fat. Dense glandular tissue would require a small incision to excise the tissue whereas if it is primarily fat it could be addressed with liposuction. I recommend seeing an experienced plastic surgeon for a consultation where they can do a thorough assessment. Good luck.

Dear thaliya,It is understandable that you are distressed about the location of your scar. You are still very early in the healing process and the scar elevated because of tension on the incision. That tension would not allow you to lower the incision this early out. Follow your surgeon's instructions for scar care and if the scar is still too high after one year post-op then you may have enough laxity at that point to lower it a bit, but not drastically.
