I have my patients wear a surgical bra for four weeks following surgery. After that they can go bra free if they wish.  I do remind them that now they have implants their breasts are heavier and they need to wear a bra most of the time to avoid the tissue from sagging.  I would speak with your surgeon as I'm sure he or she has their own protocol.  All my best.

Typically,  when quoting an arm lift it would be for both arms.  However, if you are calling around or when going for consultations,  confirm that the quote includes everything and not just the surgeons fee.  Other fees could be anesthesiologist, operating room, supplies, labs and follow up visits.  Most physicians will give you a written detailed quote at the time of your consultation. I recommend you make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon. All the best!

Congratulations on your weight loss!  Yes, it is possible to do an arm lift and tummy tuck at the same time.  I usually send my weight loss patients for labs at least a month prior to surgery to assure their labs values are within normal range for recovery.   You should schedule an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon.  I wish you the best.

You should see your primary physician and have your symptoms documented.  Most patients seeking a breast reduction experience physical symptoms such as shoulder grooving, back and neck pain, irritation in the crease under their breasts. There are many ways to finance surgery.  In my office we offer Care Credit and participate in 6 months zero interest or 24, 36 or 48 months at 14.9%.  You should check with your credit cards as some offer zero interest for 12 months or more. The other option is a signature loan with your bank or credit union. Thank you so much for your photos and question.  Earlobe repair is a surgical procedure which is done under local anesthesia.  It takes about 15-20 minutes per ear and you will have sutures in for about a week. I would recommend you see a board certified plastic surgeon.  Best of luck.

Thank you so much for your question.  Unless you are told otherwise, there should be just one surgeon preforming your procedures.  Some physicians will use an assistant surgeon to cut down on anesthesia time, especially if the surgery is expected to go over 8 hours.  I would recommend a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.  Ask the surgeon if he anticipates using an assistant surgeon and who he or she will be.
