Hi, you don´t need a face lift. You are too young. Regarding flacidy and the efect of pulling skin even a small kid has some flacidy if you pull the skin, but the face lift is not an surgery for young patients like you.

Hi, in your case you have assymetry and breast ptosis or pseudo ptosis, it means your breast is flacid and the small implant is not going to solve this extra skin. So if you want small breast implnts you have to do an breast lift. The breast lift not only is going to lift the breast but also treat the assymetry as we can remove more tisue from the larger one. And use a small breast implant.
