Augmentation and mastopexy( breast lift) are the beginning. I would caution you against breast implants that might be too large(DD). As a small ( 5'2"), petite woman, very large breasts impart an appearance out of portion to your size. A full C cup will fit your frame without looking fake .

Reducing the volume of breasts that already sag would further increase the sagging. Not a good idea unless you are willing to accept this. Liposuction of the breast is really limited to the area of fat between the skin and actual breast cells. Consider having a mastopexy to reshape the breasts and make them more symmetric

Yes, all plastic surgery training programs include cosmetic plastic surgery. All board certified plastic surgeons are trained to perform tummy tucks and liposuction. Be absolutely certain that your surgeon is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. You can go to their website and put in the surgeon's name to determine if he/she is board certified. There are many " wanna be" physicians who make false claims of being board certified in plastic surgery but are not.

No question. A full TT with significant muscle plication is the only way to go. Your pregnancies have stretched the abdominal muscles and without tightening them would be a mistake.

No question....a BA alone is the wrong operation. You have Grade 3 ptosis which requires a mastopexy to properly shape your breasts. Anything short of a BA and lift is the wrong operation.

You are the ideal patient to have a TT. The distance between your umbilicus and pubic are is short enough to place your final scar low in the abdomen. Be certain your your PS is board certified and has plenty of photos to show his/her results.

It's a non-issue. The fact that the lower abdominal wall will be assessed at the time of your TT, any hernia or muscle weakness can be repaired at that time. Assuming that you are healthy, you are an excellent candidate for a TT

Your situation is a difficult one without a PE. Since you are so young and had the implants at age 17, consider having both implants removed and allow the breasts to heal for a minimum of 6-12 months. Then reevaluate the situation and decide the best conservative approach. You will need a mastopexy and a conservation augmentation .

This is not unexpected in many cases. Continue massaging the breasts and very slowly the shape should improve. Remember that your breasts no longer have the volume without the implants and the skin will need months to adjust/contract to the smaller size.
