First, you have almost no fat to remove to inject into the breasts! I prefer to do a fat transfer but in your case I would opt for a small smooth silicone gel or saline implant underneath the muscle!

If the area goes away when move your breasts around then most likely it is not a cyst but I recommend that you do get a mammogram as well as an MRI to be surer.

A BBL will not of itself widen you hips but I can definitely transfer fat that I have removed via liposuction to whatever area that you wish.Another alternative is a lateral hipimpolant if you do not have enough fat.

That is a good question but they are usually silicone but I have been using saline implants there also which can be adjusted.

Yes, a breast implant exchange can be done under a local anesthetic. It is easier with saline implants but also done with silicone.

A traditional facelift will not restore volume to your cheek. I do one of several things to do that-use the SMAS tissue that is present in excess and I tighten and invert it to fill out the hollow or use a fat transfer from another site,removed via liposuction

The standard of care is to keep medical records for a seven year period. Sometimes, the manufacturers will have a copy of your implant identification/size/textured or not also.

Yes that can be done and not as difficult as the original surgery but we would want to know the size and shape(oblong/round) to make sure there is something comparable in solid silicone.

Yes, I have done these in patients like yourself that want everything done in one operation. It may not be the ideal and you may not get the most fat remaining in your butt but it can be done. You should definitely get improvement but you do need to be realistic in what we can achieve.

Yes, if you have excess fat that you wish remove then you could get BBL to your buttock but not your hips where you have enough.
