Based on the limited views that are seen, there is excess fullness under the chin that needs to be addressed, and adding some volume to the chin would help with projection. Thanks for the question. Your ability to breast feed should not be impacted by the presence of breast implants. Statististically, some women have trouble breast feeding, and this does not change due to the the presence of breast implants.

Thanks for your question, and for including photos. Your nipples seem in a good position from the pictures, and so, the benefit of a lift would be skin tightening alone (as opposed to for lifting the nipples +skin tightening). A breast lift and fat grafting serve two different purposes. A breast lift tightens the skin envelope and lifts the nipples (if needed), and fat grafting adds volume to the remaining breast tissue. Thanks for your question and including photos. Your photo is not typical for a post op tummy tuck result, as there is still a lot of loose skin. That being said, we all like to see preop photos to understand where you started. I would bring this up with your surgeon.

A breast augmentation with asymmetric implants will improve your asymmetry. It is important to understand that there is no such thing as perfect symmetry (where the breasts are mirror images of each other). I suggest you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area.

Thanks for your question. It is uncommon to use a mesh in a tummy tuck without a large hernia, unless there is a really wide separation of muscles, where some surgeons may use it to reinforce their muscle repair.

Thanks for your question and photo. An in-person examination is needed to determine if there is any muscle separation. Sometimes swelling can persist for months after a tummy tuck. I recommend following up with your PS so he/she can examine you.

Thanks for your question and for including photos. Revision breast surgeries are extremely complex. After 3-4 surgeries, we start seeing diminishing returns with any further breast surgery. Scarring and stretching changes tissues irreversibly. I would have an honest discussion with your plastic surgeon about 1-2 things that bother you, and if those are fixable with further surgery. Thanks for your question, and for adding photos. Even at 5 weeks, it’s too early in the recovery period to comment on the shape of the breast. It can continue to evolve for upto 6 months. As far as the non healing area around the bottom of the breast, as long as the area has been stable/getting smaller, your plastic surgeon is aware, and you’re following his instructions, I wouldn’t recommend anything further.

Thank you for your question and photos. It is difficult to determine if the bulge is from visceral fat (internal fat around the organs) or from external fat (under the skin). The former will respond to diet and exercise. The latter will need a revision abdominoplasty. An in-person exam is needed to determine which one is the case. I would go on a few consultations with board-certified plastic surgeons.

Thanks for your question. It sounds like you could be developing a capsular contracture, although it is hard to say for sure without examination. As far as BIA-ALCL is concerned, the most common presentation is a delayed seroma, where there is fluid collection around the implant over 1 year after the initial surgery. I suggest keeping in touch with your plastic surgeon, and discussing your options to minimize anxiety around that.
