Fat grafting is clearly one of the greatest advancements in facial rejuvenation surgery in the past 20 years.  A facelift without fat grafting is missing a great opportunity.  Having said that I have to admit there are known areas of the face where it is less reliable such as the lips and M lines.  But for the lower lid and upper lid hollows, temples, medial cheeks, cheekbones, prejowls, angle of jaw and many other areas it is wonderful.  Will it replace fillers?  No.  There are a few places...

Despite your concerns with more total length of scar with the addition of the vertical scar, the resulting shape and likely much better quality scars around the areola will leave you much happier for a very long time.  Based on my experience it is actually an easy decision.

Just based on the photos some potential choices come to mind.  You have a depression on both sides of your chin, an area called the "prejowl."  Fat injections or filler there can better balance the jawline and make that fullness in the area of the jowls appear smaller.  Volume to the chin can give the optical illusion of more chin height which would add balance.  You might also consider a small amount of liposuction to the jowl area but this is a small amount with a small cannula.  Fat or fi...

Based on the photos the tip of your nose is wide or boxy.  Rhinoplasty likely would bring about exciting refinement for this.  Of course a detailed consultation would be necessary to evaluate all parts of your nose for form and function.

There should be no problem with a facelift after such implants.  I would encourage you to look at all options though for the tear troughs.  Fat injections in many patients are an excellent choice.  It is less invasive and leaves no foreign body.

Based on your photos  you'll likely be quite pleased with implants alone.  I would choose based on sizing for the look you want.  Implants don't lift the breast much and large implants likely don't help more than small implants in that regard.  I would choose round implants as by all objective evaluations, they provide ever bit as good shape as anatomic and don't have the anatomic downsides of possible flipping and need for texturing.

Your nose has long been healed!  Don't be concerned at all--your grafts can't be displaced or affected by any normal activities.

I agree  eyelid surgery can nicely enhance your other results.  A skin only upper lid blepharoplasty is an easy decision possibly with ptosis repair.  For the lower lids there is a choice.  The lighting is not great but there appears to be some fat bulges although small above the hollows or tear troughs.  Fat grafting to the hollows is an easy decision but it won't hide the fat bulges above, just make them appear smaller.  Removing the fat bulges is a blepharoplasty and likely your best ...

Although the pictures aren't ideal and nipple position not known for sure, likely your nipples are at or above the fold of the breast and likely you will be happy with implants alone.  I don't do tear drop or shaped implants since they clearly have been shown to have no advantage to shape and definitely have disadvantages in that they can flip and have to be textured.  Textured, not smooth implants are associated with the lymphoma called ALCL.  Use smooth implants.
