Based on your photos and concerns, you would be an excellent candidate for a mommy makeover.  This includes a breast lift (with or without an implant- depending on your desires), tummy tuck and liposuction of your flanks and bra fat.  Some of this fat could be injected into you buttock as well if this is what you are looking for.  Surgery should be performed under general anesthesia.  Recovery is usually several weeks.  I recommend consulting with an experienced board certified Plastic Surg...

LouiseI understand your concern.  Based on your description it sounds like you may have a capsular contracture.  I recommend you follow with your plastic surgeon for a physical exam and possible ultrasound/MRI.  If any fluid is present around the implant it can be tested for BIA-ALCL.  Best of luckDr. Hyans

I appreciate your concern.  This is not an uncommon complication after a tummy tuck.  This probably represents an area of delayed healing.  I would recommend you follow up with your surgeon.  This is usually treated just with some local wound care and the area should heal up in a few weeks.  If there is any surrounding redness or warmth in the skin this may be more indicative of an infection.  Hopefully this was helpful.Best of luck.

This is a very common problem after a tummy tuck.  This is caused by puckering of the skin at the end of the incision.  This can usually be easily corrected in the office with excision of the excess skin under local anesthesia.  The downtime afterwards should be minimal.  Best of luck.

In order to give you the best results in terms of fullness, a lifted breast with a smaller areola-  I would recommend a breast augmentation (implant) using anchor type incision for a lift.  My website has plenty of examples of this procedure.  best of luck.Dr. Hyans

I would recommend wearing a smooth postop compression garment that covers all of the surgical area 24/7 (except for showering) for about 4 weeks postop.  This will help give you support and reduce swelling.  Always consult with your plastic surgeon regarding their personal recommendations.  Best of luck,Dr. Hyans

This is a common concern amongst patient's postop.  It usually takes 3-4 months for all of the swelling to resolve after a tummy tuck.  From your photos it appears as though you are healing normally and should have a very nice cosmetic result.  Dr. Hyans

The cost for a tummy tuck depend on the type of TT. A mini tuck is a bout $6000 and an extended TT with liposuction is about $10000. The location ( hospital vs surgicenter) also may affect the total cost. Most practices offer financing.
