Combining all those procedures into a single surgery can be done and can be done safely, but then key is finding a surgeon who is comfortable performing all those procedures at once and who can do the procedures in an efficient manner so the length of surgery is not excessive.
What is the suggested time in between BBL and rhinoplasty surgeries?

I think it would be okay to have both procedures performed at the same time, although it would make the rhinoplasty recovery more difficult. Rhinoplasty patients are usually more comfortable laying in bed upright after surgery, but following BBL you would need to be on your belly or on your sides.
If you do separate the procedures I would recommend doing them at least 3 months apart.
If you suffer with endometriosis, can you still get a BBL done?

Having endometriosis should not impact your candidacy for elective plastic surgery procedures. Your surgeon should do a thorough evaluation and history and physical to look for anything that may increase your risk of having a complication.

Given the stretch marks I seen in your photos that I imagine come along with some skin laxity, I think you would be better served with a tummy tuck. I would need make the ultimate assessment in person following a thorough evaluation at which point we could discuss the pros and cons of each procedure.

I do not see any problem with getting pregnant 6-8 months after surgery. I have patients who have gotten pregnant as soon as 2-3 months after surgery without any issues.

I do not have my patients perform breast massage after surgery. I think the utility of massage is controversial. One recent study looking at risks of capsular contracture actually found that breast massage increased the risk of capsular contracture. Ultimately I would go with your plastic surgeon’s recommendation.

PCOS itself you not preclude you from being a candidate for BBL surgery. I would require medical clearance from your primary care doctor or endocrinologist to make sure there aren’t any other risk factors that would need to be addressed.

Under eye bags can be caused by a variety of factors. CO2 laser resurfacing will tighten and skin and possibly improve the texture, tone, and quality. If those are the issues contributing to your bags then the laser treatment can help. The laser won’t do anything to address any bulging fat, but if the skin is tightened over the area then the fat may appear to bulge less.
I’m getting my implants removed after 3 months. Would I be able to get en bloc capsulectomy?

At 3 months following surgery you will have a capsule formed. While it may be possible to remove it, I think it is unlikely that removing it would provide any health benefit.

Based on your photo I would classify your wound as relatively minor and minor would healing issues are not a major concern after tummy tuck surgery. I would expect it to heal on its own with dressing changes in about 2 weeks. A scar revision can always be done in the future but may not even be necessary.
