I have found that the inspira line has a much thicker implant capsule and higher cohesive implant. So, I would recommend Allergan.

With appropriate preoperative clearance and control of your medical issues you can have surgery. However, I rarely do a tummy tuck and bbl at the same time. In doing those together , the fat for transfer would come from your back and depending on the elasticity of your buttocks , the fat would be transferred to the buttocks. You would need to be examined in order to see how your buttocks skin would stretch enough to accept the transfer . After that, you would be placed in the supine position...

Any alternative to BodyLift? Need BBL with lipo/J-Plasma of flanks and abs.

I think you have plenty of volume in the buttocks that you would benefit from a buttock lift . If you want more volume you can add an autoaugmentation of the buttock using lower back and gluteus Maximus split muscle flap to add extra volume to buttocks while tightening the skin

I think you are perfect candidate for a mommy makeover. Plication of your abdominal muscles will produce a nice scaphoid abdomen . I do not feel the risk versus the benefit of rib resection is warranted . I reserve rib resection for deformities of the chest wall which you do not have .

Would lipo fix my bra back rolls or would I need a back lifted?

I think aggressive liposuction of the back to break up the creases and deflate the back will give you significant improvement. After a year of healing, if you feel the creases need further improvement then you can perform a lateral chest , upper back lift . I would not jump to back lift first because it is a serious scar commitment and you may get significant resolution with Lipo alone

If you are happy with your breast volume in a push up type bra , then you are a great candidate for a full lift with an auto augmentation of the breasts. this procedure tightens the elongated breast gland to appear like a full push up look , then the skin envelope is lifted as well. This gives you a long lasting , perky lift. If your volume in a bra is unsatisfactory, then you need an implant with a full lift .

Cup size is different at every store . There is no real standard . However, based on your photos , I think 405 will definitely put you in a D cup in most stores. You can also ask your surgeon to use 4D imaging (Crisalix) to show you what you would look like .

The BMI doesn’t mean much to me . It’s all about where the damage is!! If you have loose skin and separation of the rectus muscle , than a tummy tuck is the right move. If you have a lot of intraabdominal fat but your BMI is low than it is not . So bottom line , the scale is just a number, and the areas that a surgeon can improve is the reason a tummy tuck will be right for you . An examination by a board certified surgeon will help .

I truly believe that the surgery creates the beautiful results and compression gear is a tool to reduce swelling quicker. I don’t think younger photos are applicable because your face is no longer young in the sense that the fat loss and compartments are different than when you were young, your skin elasticity is different than when you were younger. So it is a different canvas. Even your bone structure is different. So, asking for before and after photos of other patients may be more helpful .

What is the suggested time in between BBL and rhinoplasty surgeries?

If you get a rhinoplasty , I would not recommend going prone( lying face down for 3-4 weeks) before bbl. if you get bbl i would not recommend having a rhinoplasty (lying back down) for two weeks. I would check bloodwork prior to the second surgery to make sure your labs are appropriate prior to second surgery. Thanks for the question

I really don’t think any bbl awake would be able to produce enough fat to transfer safely or comfortably. I would not recommend it. You would be unhappy . It is a procedure that requires significant liposuction and transfer of fat . You would need around 700 ml into each side to make you happy. It’s not something that I feel is safe to do under local .
