Yes , you are a good tummy tuck candidate. And, yes, you will get a better result if you combine this with some liposuction. Both can be done safely together if one is careful  and practices appropriate techniques to preserve your abdominal blood supply. Loosing weight may also help and may mitigate the need for liposuction if you are able to loose enough weight. Good luck!

You have been given many useful answers and a lot to consider. The one piece of advice that stood out to me is - what is the cause of your current implant malposition. Good question, but my answer may not make you happy. First, the first 2 photos you sent showed a great deal of difference between you're eyelids, but it is mostly due to different lighting in the photos. You really need to have an intranasal exam to accurately determine septal deviation. You may have that problem, but the real question is weather or not it's affecting your breathing. If so, insurance may cover the cost of correcting it and it could b done the same time as a rhinoplasty. The rhinoplasty Would not be covered by insurance and would be an out of pocket expense to you. Looks like you r a good canidate.! Good luck

The short answer is..yes, you could have this done. It is becoming much more common. There are many things to consider in such a case- like effect of this procedure on future mammograms, what would be the effect of harvesting of the fat from your abdomen, would more than a single operation be required to obtain expected results, etc. It would require a consultation with your surgeon to see if you are a good match for the procedure. I would seek a second opinion if I were you.

HiYour photos indicate a drooping of your breast tissue significantly below your breast fold. Therefore, a ilft is an excellent choice for you to improve your breast shape and position. It appears that your indentation is most likely caused by a slight elevation of your implant which creates that hollowing below. It could also be due to thinning of the tissues over time from the pressure of the implant combined with thinning and atrophy of native breast tissue- a natural event of aging. There is no perfect answer to your question, but having done this for many years, and given your height and weight, I don't think it sounds "too big". Sounds like you'll end up with a very full C cup or a small D cup breast. Good luck.
