Hi, As long as you are fully recovered from your last surgery and there are no medical reasons not to have the other procedures you want it should be ok.  I will generally not perform a tummy tuck and lipo 360 BBL at the same time.  it is a lot of surgery to recover from.  I would do the Tummy Tuck first and then after you are recovered the lipo 360 which will improve the appearance of your stomach as well as your back, hips and butt.

Hi, after looking at your fotos and the desired results I will say that you can improve the appearance of your nose with a rhinoplasty but not duplicate the desired results.  I would lower the bridge of your nose rotate the tip up slightly and narrow and refine the tip.  I would also narrow the nasal bones.  During a consultation you will be able to discuss your desired results and get a realistic idea of the expected outcome.

Hi Sony, most surgeons will prefer fat grafting over facial implants.  There are many nuisance complications associated with implants such as malposition palpability visible edges and pain.  If they nneed to be removed they can leave a soft tissue deformity that can be hard to correct. The main negative of fat grafting is resorption and additional grafting can always be done if needed.

Hi, After looking at your pictures I can see that the left has more fullness in the upper part.  This could be a result of the breast itself sagging after breast feeding or if it was present before you breast fed then the implant probably didn't settle .  To lower the implant is a fairly minor procedure.  The treatment that would be appropriate would be determined at the time of the consultation.  You should go see the original surgeon unless you have a reason not to.Thanks .

Hi Iri, After looking at your pictures I think that you can get a very nice result with a rhinoplasty.  your nose can be made to look similar but not the same as the pictures you showed.  I would lower your bridge slightly, narrow and refine the tip and narrow the nasal bones.  During a consultation the procedure would be discussed more thoroughly.  See a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon for your consultation.

Hi Happymama,  Your morph is pretty good.  After seeing your real nose I think that the bridge can be lowered and the tip lifted a little.  Although there is not a front view if the bridge is lowered the nasal bones usually need to be narrowed and also the tip needs to be addressed.  Doing something to all parts of the nose will give a better more natural result.  Enjoy your vacation.
