You are not too young to get blepharoplasty and you will benefit greatly from ‘incisional blepharoplasty’.
Judging from the photo, incisional blepharoplasty will be more effective for improving the Blepharoptosis and asymmetry than the non-incisional blepharoplasty.
Also since the space between the eye and the eyebrow is not so wide a natural double eyelid line that is proportionally well balanced with overall facial structure is recommended.
