Hello - at six months postop, if the implant hasn't dropped, it probably won't on its own.  Yes, I agree with your plastic surgeon - a minor revision may be necessary to get ideal symmetry.  Timing is up to you and him, however, I would do it anytime you're ready.Good luck!

Hello - with the bruise at the bottom of the breast on the right, it's possible that you could have had bleeding that is making the right breast appear larger than the left.  Please discuss with your plastic surgeon.Good luck!

Hello, Your question is a complicated one, and the answer depends on what you are hoping to achieve with a breast augmentation.  Your other follow up questions are a bit easier to answer - breast implants are not dangerous, it is safe to breast feed, and there is a small chance (10-15%) that you may lose sensation in the nipple after surgery.  Whether or not to pursue this before or after marriage is personal decision.Good luck!

Based on your pictures, it is not immediately obvious that you have a hematoma.  It is not unusual for both breasts to recover differently, so your symptoms may be completely normal.  In either case, it is best to discuss this with your surgeon.Good luck!

Hello,  What you're describing could represent a congenital breast developmental condition called constricted breast and tubular breast - this condition results in underdevelopment of the breast, as well as other asymmetries.  You should consult with a plastic surgeon who has experience with breast reconstruction.  If you have health insurance, they may very well cover the cost of this type of surgery.

Hello,  The large breast implants you have will preclude an effective reduction of the areola.  Your best option, if you really want to reduce the areola, is to downsize your breast implants, and re-do the areola reduction.Good luck!

Hello, In my opinion, based on this one picture, I wouldn't necessarily feel you have enough asymmetry to warrant a lift to correct it.  Additionally, a crescent lift is not a great procedure in general, and often ends up stretching the top of the areola rather than actually move the nipple to a higher position.  Hope this helps

Hello,  This is difficult to answer without seeing both breasts - you may have a hematoma (bleeding inside the breast), but the best way to check this is to see your plastic surgeon.Good luck!

Hello,  Your results will of course improve over time, usually 6 months.  Right now, your implants are being squeezed tight against your chest by the overlying muscle.  As the breast and muscle relax and stretch, the implants will drop lower into the breast, and give more projection.   Hope your recovery is going smoothly!

Hello,  Based on your pictures, it appears the there is still lax skin in the upper arm, near the armpit.  I would ask your surgeon what he/she feels about your results, and what to expect - and you would not be wrong to ask the area to be corrected. Good luck!

Hi Shannon, yes, you may have silicone breast implants - but the implant manufacturer may not honor the warranty, since FDA approval is only for 22 years of age and up. There is no safety issue due to being 19.

Hi, You have a very common problem - once the earlobe have healed from the tear, it is very simple to trim the scarred edges, and repair the earlobe with fine sutures. The best results will be obtained by a surgeon who is careful to align the edges perfectly, and evert the edges, to obtain a fine, imperceptible scar. Once you have healed from this, you can re-pierce the earlobe in a different location, i.e. not near the scar - otherwise it will tear through again.

Hi, if you are noticing changing shape and feel of the breasts, than this may very well be a sign of a capsular contracture. A plastic surgeon will be able to tell by examining you, and certainly your history of noticing a change yourself will be taken into account.
