Dear Gilaribor,
Sorry to read your worries. With your weightloss, you now see skin excess most likely most in your belly area. Taking that away would also pull your pubic area up, which is probably the best option.
You are right that it is best to wait with such a procedure till you reached your goal weight.
In the mean time you could consider some volume reduction with either liposculpture or Coolsculpting.

Dear Maxim,Earfold differs from other procedures in the sense that it is easy, fast and requires hardly any downtime and no bandages. Those are all good points.On the down side: not all ears are suited for the procedure, especially deep conceal bowls and firm cartilage work less well. Absent antithetical fold with malleable cartilage is the best candidate. Showering keeps the operated area clean and reduces the chance of infection.So it is good advice.Your steri strips might come off, but that is not a problem if you disinfectafter showering and place a sterile gauze in you bra on the wound.good luck

Dear Dana,To me it looks like you have a light ptosis of your left eye. This means that the muscle you use for opening your eye is not well attached any more to the cartilage of your upper eyelid. This can occur after wearing hard contact lenses but can appear spontaneous as well. It looks like you are compensating by lifting your eyebrow on the left side. Do you see less in the dark? In your case implants will not result in a good result. Your nipples are way below the fold if i judge your photo’s correctly. Of course filling up is possible, but that would only fill up the empty skin above the fold, thus your areola and nipple will look downwards, which is not very nice.If they are at the fold level anatomic implants can push the nipples up, like a pendulum that is pushed sideways. Dear Katlou,So short after a procedure it is difficult to give any advice. i advice my patients to wait at least 3 months before passing any judgement.To my (European) eye, the amount of implant above your nipple is much more then below, i would have preferred anatomical implants and not high profile round, but that is just me.
