Thank you for your question and photos. You have lower face ptosis, with midface displacement. What is causing your skin folding over is the facial ligaments. These can be released in a facelift procedure, and will significantly improve your appearance. Pleas visit with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon for a consultation.

Thank you for your question. You had a facelift a year and a half ago, and you show significant signs of aging. You have lower face descent, jowling, and midface descent. Your results should have lasted much longer. Unfortunately, their are many physicians advertising lunch time lifts, short scar/short recovery, etc. I recommend you see a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, who can perform a long lasting correction of your face.

On average drains will be removed 5-7 days after surgery. Sometimes the drains can be removed as early as 3 days, and rarely they can stay in for 10-14 days. Drains are removed based on the volume they collect. Wearing a tight compression garment, and limited physical activity will promote early drain removal.

Thank you for your question and photos. Reviewing your photos show that you are in excellent shape. You do have excess or loose skin in your lower abdomen, and above your umbilicus. You also state that you have a diastasis, or muscle separation. The single best treatment to improve or correct these conditions is a Tummy Tuck. This will repair your diastasis and remove all the excess or redundant skin from your abdomen.

Thank you for your question and photos. The best operations for you are a breast lift, or mastopexy combined with an implant. Your photos show significant deflation of your breasts, as well as ptosis or sagging.. Fat will not be able to fill your volume loss, nor will it elevate your breast tissue. Concerning your abdomen, a tummy tuck will rejuvenate your entire torso, re-shape your waistline and flatten your abdomen. The downside is a long, thin low scar.

Thank you for your question. After a Tummy Tucks and breast surgery , you will need to be in a flexed position. Therefore, sleeping on your stomach will not be possible for approximately 2 weeks. With a BBL, you will be placed in a specialized garment, and asked to not sit on hard surfaces for 2-3 weeks.
